Special Taxes Guarantee

The guarantee of special taxes is the surety insurance presented by a company before the Tax Administration to respond to the obligations derived from the intra-community circulation of products such as alcohol, hydrocarbons, etc.
 
Likewise, it covers the amount of the fees that may arise as a result of incidents that occur in the circulation of goods subject to special taxes of this activity, from the Import Customs Office to the establishment.
