Judicial Guarantee

The Judicial Guarantees are those guarantees that guarantee to the public administrations or judicial organisms, the fulfilment of certain obligations by the policyholder, as a consequence of certain judicial actions, postponements or provisional liquidations, granted by the legislation.
 

These include:

  • Reversal appeals and contentious-administrative resources
  • Appeals against the public or municipal treasury for disagreement with the liquidations carried out
  • Contentious-administrative appeals at any level of the courts.
  • Guarantees before the courts for provisional executions.
